In consideration of your use of the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta web site or services provided by the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta you agree to:
(1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's various registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

You understand that all information, data, text, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. Although every reasonable effort will be made to decrease the possibility of busy signals, there is NO guarantee that we will not have busy signals.

The right to use services provided by the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta are not transferable. Accounts are for your use only! If the Subscriber has multiple accounts, then Susbscriber is limited to one login session per system account at any one time. Violation of this policy will be considered theft of service and may be prosecuted under civil and criminal law. Subscriber is responsible for the confidentiality of Subscriber's passwords. Loaning your account to others is prohibited.  User agrees to indemnify and hold without harm the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta, its officers, employees, agents, directors, shareholders and other Users from any and all claims, damages, expenses (including attorney's fees) and liabilities resultant from any and all use of the User's account whether authorized or not authorized.

 The Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta Internet connections and all other services provided to the user by the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation or law is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: copyrighted material legally judged to be threatening or obscene (or material deemed by company to be threatening or obscene), or material protected by trade secret. Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta from any claims resulting from your use of the service that damages you or another party.

 The Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta's services shall not be used to send unsolicited advertising or promotional materials to other network users. Electronic mail and appropriate USENET newsgroups may be used in the conduct of legitimate businesses.  Harassment of any kind or nature on the Internet by a subscriber will not be tolerated and shall be grounds for termination of services/account as determined in the sole discretion of the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta. If the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta becomes aware of conduct of a harassing nature, unlawful activity or unauthorized activity, the company shall have the right to terminate the account/service immediately without notice to Subscriber. At the same time, in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity as defined by Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta, the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta shall have the right to suspend access to services to the individual account in question or in its complete and sole discretion, terminate the services/account.

D. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

 a. The Subscriber is responsible for any and all fixed and accumulative charges for this account and is non-refundable. The first month service fee (or other available billing period selected) is due upon account setup.

b. If payment is by check, payment is due on or before the same day you sign up. If payment is not received within 30 days of sign up, the subscriber account will be terminated. Dishonored checks are subject to a collection fee of $25.00 and your account will be suspended until the account is current. 

c. The Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta has the right to instantly terminate service for any unpaid or partial paid membership subscriptions or services. 

d. The Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta reserves the right in its sole and complete discretion to cancel service for any reason without prior notice to Subscriber.

e. Fees for membership to the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta are not refundable, unless the customer is unsuccessful in using the account and speaks to the Company's technical support department and notifies the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta within ten days of establishing said service.

 The law that applies to these Terms and Conditions is the law of the state of Georgia. In the event that any portion of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and all provisions of these Terms and Conditions which operate to protect the rights of the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta shall continue in force even in the event of termination of these Terms and Conditions on other grounds. The Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

 By the use of the Sisters and Brothers of HotLanta account the Subscriber accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
